Welcome to the website for Pemberton Distillery!
All our spirits are handcrafted from local and organically grown ingredients and blended to proof with pristine Coast Mountain water. Our goal is to create high quality, distinctly regional sipping spirits that highlight the unique terroir of the incredible Pemberton Valley.
Our small family owned distillery is one of a handful of craft distilleries still producing spirits by hand using beautiful whole ingredients and traditional craft methods. We hope you enjoy them!
