Our All Natural Cocktail & Soda Elixirs 

All our Cocktail & Soda Elixirs are crafted from a base of Golden Cariboo Honey, a beautiful rich honey from Cariboo Apiaries in Lillooet, BC, and a hand selected blend of fruits and herbs, grown as locally as possible. We do not use corn syrup or white and refined sugars. Although honey is more challenging to work with, we feel it brings a totally unique, regional flavour to the elixirs. They are not ultra-sweet, our goal is to create a fresh mix that allows the subtle character of high quality spirits to shine, not be masked by heavy sugar or artificial flavouring.

We are proud to feature the produce of many local and organic Pemberton and Sea to Sky farms in our elixirs including Riley Creek Organic Farm, Hare Family Farm, North Arm Farm as well as some of our own herbs grown at the distillery.

Our Elixirs are concentrated and should be used mixed in cocktails or with Soda. We recommend using 2 parts of our Cocktail & Soda Elixir to 1 part your preferred spirit (vodka, gin, rum, bourbon, absinthe etc). Add a squeeze of fresh lemon or lime, shake over ice or top with club soda for a fresh cocktail. For dry (less sweet) sodas, try mixing 1 part elixir with 5-7 parts chilled club soda. Adjust the amount of syrup to your personal taste - for more sweetness, add another 1-2 parts elixir.

Opening Directions: Each Elixir is hand-dipped in a wax seal. To open, use a blunt edge to score a line around the bottle along the cap's white edge (where the cap and bottle meet) and twist firmly to pop open the cap.

Tonic Elixir - Natural Tonic Water

Brewed Cinchona Bark, organic lemongrass, herbs and spices, lots of citrus, golden Lillooet Honey

Recipe: Schramm G&T
- 1.5oz Schramm Organic Gin
- 1oz Tonic Elixir

In a highball glass filled with ice, add Tonic Elixir and stir in soda water to the top.

Spiced Apple & Pear Elixir

Pemberton Valley Apples & Pears (No Spray), herbs and spices and golden Lillooet honey.

Recipe: Pemberton Fall Fizz
- 1.5oz Schramm Organic Potato Vodka
- 1oz Spiced Apple & Pear Elixir
- 0.5oz Cranberry Grenadine Elixir (or pure cranberry juice)
- 0.5oz fresh lemon juice
- Dash Angostura Bitters
- Cranberries

Muddle cranberries in a cocktail shaker. Add remaining ingredients and shake well with ice. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with soda. Garnish with a couple of cranberries.

Italian Plum & Ginger Elixir

Lillooet Organic Italian Plums, Fresh Ginger and golden Lillooet honey

- 1oz Schramm Organic Gin
- 2oz Italian Plum & Ginger Elixir
- 0.5oz fresh lime juice

Combine ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with fresh lime.

Cranberry Grenadine Elixir

Fresh cranberries, organic hibiscus flowers, herbs and spices and golden Lillooet honey

Recipe: Schramm Shirley Temple
- 2oz Cranberry Grenadine Elixir
- Ginger Ale
In a tall glass filled with ice, add Elixir and top glass with ginger ale. Garnish with a cherry. Optional: Add 1.5oz Schramm Organic Potato Vodka.

Rosemary & Ginger Elixir

Organic Rosemary, fresh ginger and golden Lillooet Honey

Recipe: Rosemary & Ginger Martini
- 1.5oz Schramm Organic Potato Vodka
- 0.75 oz Rosemary & Ginger Elixir
- 0.5oz fresh lemon juice

Shake Vodka, Elixir and lemon juice well with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with fresh rosemary sprig.

High Spirited Preserves

Schramm Gin Pickled Cocktail Onions
Pearl Onions, Schramm Organic Gin, vinegar, herbs & spices

Recipe: Gibson Martini
- 2oz Schramm Organic Gin
- Pemberton Distillery Gin Cocktail Onions

Stir Gin with ice until well chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass over a couple of Gin Cocktail Onions skewered on a pick.

Schramm Vodka Tipsy Cranberries
Fresh cranberries, Schramm Organic Potato Vodka, orange zest & juice, herbs & spices

Recipe: Schramm Cosmopolitan
- 1.5oz Schramm Organic Potato Vodka
- 0.5oz Tipsy Cranberry syrup (from jar)
- 0.25oz fresh orange juice
- Dash Angostura Bitters

Shake Vodka, syrup and orange juice well with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with 3 Tipsy Cranberries skewered on a pick.
