Our Pure Organic Vanilla Extract
Our pure Certified Organic vanilla extract is slowly cold processed in small batches using the finest bourbon cured vanilla beans.
We source Certified Organic vanilla beans directly from Rainforest Spices, a certified organic and biodynamic family farm located on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica. Vanilla beans are hand harvested and cured in the renowned bourbon method.
The vanilla is then slowly cold processed in our high quality organic spirit and finally blended with pristine mountain water.
We do not add any sugar, enhancers or artificial flavours and colours to our extract.
Check your label! Pure vanilla extract contains vanilla bean extractions, alcohol and water and that is it! Whereas many commercial extracts contain additives including sugar, caramel coloring & flavouring and even high fructose corn syrup.
Caring for Pure Vanilla Extract
Pure vanilla extract will age and develop body and depth for about two years.
Once opened, the extract will keep for at least six months provided it is stored in a cool dark place.
Do not refrigerate.
