Handcrafted from fresh fruits, herbs and botanicals and sweetened with delicious British Columbia honey, all our Cocktail Elixirs are made for the home bartender to mix with fine spirits to create incredibly fresh and flavourful artisan cocktails and sodas.

We use beautiful real ingredients! Our goal is to create mixes that highlight and compliment the unique character and flavours offered by handcrafted small batch spirits - subtle and fascinating aspects of craft spirits that are often masked by overly sweet and artificially flavoured mixes.

And they are just as easily enjoyed on their own over ice, with soda, in cold and hot brewed teas, drizzled over ice-cream and baked in scones!

We source as much of our fruits and herbs as regionally as possible. Our Elixirs feature several Certified Organic family farms located in and around the Pemberton Valley including North Arm Farm, Hare Family Farm, Riverlands Market Garden Golden West Farms, Organic Acres and more!

We select and source our Elixirs based on a seasonal philosophy. With the exception of a few styles which are available year-round, most of our Elixirs are crafted to reflect a specific season, when their ingredients are grown and harvested locally and are at their most fresh and ripe.

Rosemary & Ginger Cocktail Elixir

Our original and most popular cocktail elixir! Adds a spicy ginger kick and subtle hint of rosemary to lemon drop martinis. On its own with soda and a wedge of fresh lemon, this elixir is a tasty twist on a natural Ginger Ale.

Featured Cocktail - Rosemay & Ginger Martini

2 oz Schramm Vodka
0.75 oz Rosemary & Ginger Cocktail Elixir
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
Fresh rosemary springs
Fresh lemon wheel

Rub rim of chilled martini glass with fresh rosemary. Shake ingredients over ice and strain into glass. Garnish lemon wheel and small rosemary sprig. Enjoy!

Artisan Tonic Elixir - Natural Gin & Tonic Syrup

The idea for our Artisan Tonic Syrup began with enjoying a friend's recipe for the G.S.T. - a Gin & Tonic made from Gin, Soda and Tonic Water, with Soda used to dilute the sweetness of the Tonic. Looking into why Tonic tasted so sweet we were shocked to discover that most Tonic Water you can find in stores is heavily sweetened with corn syrup (it has as much sugar as coke!) and artificially flavoured. This led to experimenting with creating a Tonic syrup made from real ingredients, spiced with local herbs and sweetened with delicious Golden Cariboo Honey from Lillooet.

Featured Cocktail - Distiller's G&T

1.5 oz Schramm Gin
0.5 oz Artisan Tonic Elixir**
3 oz Club Soda (try fresh soda from a home soda maker)
Fresh lemon or lime

Mix Schramm Gin & Tonic Elixir in tumbler filled with ice. Add soda and stir lightly to combine. Garnish and enjoy!

** Adjust Tonic Syrup amount to preferred taste

Rhubarb & Ginger Elixir (Sold out until Spring 2012)

1.5 oz Schramm Gin
1 oz Rhubarb & Ginger Elixir
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
Soda
Fresh chopped Basil or Mint

Mix Schramm Gin, Rhubarb Elixir, Lime and Mint or Basil in a tall glass filled with ice. Top with soda and garnish with fresh lime and mint or basil.

Strawberry & Smoked Black Peppercorn(Sold out until Summer 2012)

1.5 oz Schramm Vodka
1 oz Strawberry & Smoked Black Peppercorn Elixir
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
Fresh Mint

Mix Schramm Vodka, Strawberry & Peppercorn Elixir and Lime in a short rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with fresh cracked black pepper.

Blueberry Bliss Cocktail Elixir

Featured Cocktail - Blueberry Caipiroska

1.5 oz Schramm Vodka
1 oz Blueberry Bliss Elixir
Fresh limes
Fresh Blueberries

Lightly muddle small handful of fresh blueberries, 2 lime wedges and Blueberry Bliss Elixir in the bottom of a short rocks glass filled with ice. Add Schramm Vodka. Top with soda if desired.

Featured Cocktail - Crushed Velvet

1.5 oz Schramm Vodka
1 oz Wild Cherry Elixir
0.5 oz Organic Avalon Cream
0.5 oz fresh brewed espresso (chilled)
0.5 oz Fresh Lime juice
Fresh Cherries

Shake well with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with fresh cherry and shaved dark chocolate.

Fresh limes & Limes
Soda

Muddle wedges of fresh lemon and lime with Rooibos Elixir in the bottom of a short rocks glass. Fill glass with ice. Add Schramm Vodka. Top with soda. Garnish with lemon slice.
