SCHRAMM GIN
LIMITED BATCH RELEASE
Handcrafted in single batches, Schramm Gin is one of a few rare Gins distilled from a potato spirit. As Gin is essentially a redistilled vodka, it is most commonly produced from a base of industrial neutral grain spirit.
True to our philosophy to produce authentic, distinct and regionally inspired spirits, we choose to use the Pemberton Valley's finest organic potatoes to create our own organic spirit. We then add 8 Organic Herbs & Botanicals to the still and allow them to rest in the spirit before completing the Gin distillation.
The Gin distillation is performed by hand by Master Distiller, Tyler Schramm on our 500L copper pot spirit still. This personal attention allows us to shift the distillation as needed to highlight the specific unique aromas and flavours we want to stand out in our Gin.
Following the tradition of a London Dry Gin, we do not add any sugar or colouring to the spirit following distillation.
We are the only craft distillery in Canada producing Gin from a base spirit that we handcraft ourselves. This means we control the quality of our Gin throughout its entire production - from our all natural mash and fermentation process right through to the slow, accurate distillation and hand bottling.
CERTIFIED ORGANIC HERBS & BOTANICALS
We have incorporated 8 Certified Organic Herbs & Botanicals in Schramm Gin. They include the traditional elements found in most Gins, such as Juniper Berries and Coriander Seed, as well as interesting locally grown elements that represent our region such as Rosemary and Hops.
Schramm Gin reflects the unique natural character of the beautiful region from where it comes. Enjoy!

The intention with Gin Batch #03 was to create a hybrid of batches #1 & #2, picking up the Juniper forward notes of batch #01 along with the citrus of batch #02. The recipe stays the same for every batch it is just a slight adjustment in distilling technique that makes the difference. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do making it! Cheers, Tyler

Batch #02 - Sold Out!
For Gin Batch #02 we wanted to incorporate the same Organic Herbs & Botanicals as our first Batch, however, we decided to shift the distillation slightly to collect more of the citrus and spice notes.
A classic London Dry Gin with true West Coast style, Batch #02 is juniper forward on the nose and palate with notes of earthy rosemary, zesty orange, and sweet cinnamon. A few keen tasters have even picked out the citrus bitters of Hops.

We have been blown away by how popular our first batch of Organic Gin has been. All 250 bottles from our first batch have been enjoyed by our wonderful friends, family and customers!

Batch #01 - Sold Out!
After saying for some while that we had no interest in distilling a Gin we were finally convinced to distill a batch of Gin and
we are very pleased we did!
Each batch will be a slightly different recipe making each batch limited and unique!
We plan to use seasonal organic ingredients when they are available in the Pemberton Valley.
