Organic Single Malt Whisky
Organic single malt whisky is now in production at the distillery! Handcrafted in small batches from organic malted barley from the nearby Okanagan Valley, it will be one of the few true single malt whiskies produced in Canada. It will age for min. 3 years in oak casks.
