Schramm Sake-Tini

2 oz Schramm Vodka
0.25 oz Sayuri Nigori Sake (cloudy and course filtered)

'Wave' the sake over/into the vodka. Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with Japanese dried/scented lemon peels.

3 oz Schramm Vodka

Shake with ice. Strain into chilled martini glass.

Pitted olives

Rub rim of chilled martini glass with fresh sprig of rosemary. Shake vodka with ice and strain into glass. Garnish with olive skewered rosemary sprig.

Dirty Schramm Martini

3 oz Schramm Vodka
0.25 oz olive brine

Stir ingredients with ice and strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with pitted olive.
