1 oz Schramm vodka
1 oz lavender white syrup
1 oz lemon juice
1/4 oz flower bitters
Soda
Lemon slice

Local cocktail created especially for the David Suzuki Foundation

1.5 oz Schramm Vodka
0.5 oz Homemade organic BC Corcord Grape vermouth
0.5 oz Homemade organic Osoyoos Cherry brandy
0.5 oz organic cane syrup
3/4 oz fresh lime juice

Shake well with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish vermouth macerated organic BC Concord Grape.

The Perfect Pair

1.5 parts Schramm Vodka
½  part vermouth
Organic Okanagan Pear Juice
6 whole organic BC blueberries

Shake with ice. Strain into martini glass. Garnish blueberry.

5am Meager Mudslide

Inspired by the thick milkshake waters of the Lillooet River following the massive landslide on Pemberton's Mount Meager.

2 oz Schramm Vodka
2 oz chilled Pemberton Valley "Lazy Crow" Organic Espresso
1 oz Avalon Organic Cream
1/4 tblsp organic cane syrup
0.5 oz Pemberton Distillery 'Orange & Espresso' Liqueur
Dark chocolate flakes

Shake with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish fine flakes of dark chocolate.

Bear Paw Cocktail

1.5 oz Schramm Vodka
1 oz Unsweetened Blueberry juice (Bremners is excellent)
1 oz honey syrup (1 part wildflower honey to 2 parts water)
1 quarter fresh lemon

Shake with ice. Strain into cocktail glass. Garnish lemon slice.

Minus Nine Cocktail

0.5 oz Schramm Vodka
0.5 oz Victoria Gin
0.5 oz Grapefruit juice
0.25 oz Housemade grapefruit bitters
2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Shake with ice. Double strain into chilled cocktail glass. No garnish.

Simply Saskatoon
By Pemberton Distillery

2 oz. Schramm Vodka
1 oz. honey simple syrup (local wildflower honey is best!)
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. Saskatoon berry juice (make your own juice from fresh saskatoons or choose 100% pure juice)

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with flamed orange peel.

Schramm Sekanjabin / Night in Persia

2 oz Schramm Vodka
0.5 oz Strawberry, Mint & Ginger Sekanjabin (homemade natural Persian soda syrup)
Lemon zest & mint

Shake well with ice and pour into a chilled martini glass. Garnish lemon zest and mint leaf.
