SWEET & FRUITY COCKTAILS


Bear Cub Martini
By Pemberton Distillery

2.5 oz Schramm Vodka
1 oz fresh lemon juice
0.75 oz wildflower honey
Fresh locally grown raspberries

Muddle raspberries in shaker. Add ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish fresh raspberry.

Sweet Moon Martini
By Martini's at Midnight, Whistler, BC

2 oz Schramm Vodka
0.5 oz Honey Liqueur
2 oz Chamomile Tea

Shake well with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with lemon wedge and a swirl of honey.

Moulin Rouge Martini
By Pemberton Distillery

2 oz Schramm Vodka
2 oz POM pomegranate juice
2 oz grapefruit juice
0.5 oz lime juice
key limes  

Combine all ingredients in a martini shaker with ice. Shake and pour into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with finely shaved key limes.

Pink Lady Martini
By Martini's at Midnight, Whistler, BC

1.5 oz Schramm Vodka
0.5 oz Cointreau
0.5 oz Champagne or Prosecco
2 oz Pomegranate juice

Shake all ingredients together except for Champagne. Strain into chilled martini glass. Top with champagne. Garnish lime.
