PEMBYTOPIA 2016

Every year we partner with Mile One Eating House to offer a true Pemberton style feast and cocktail pairing during Whistler's Cornucopia Festival. As always Chef Randy Jones and Sous Chef Erin Kerr brought an incredibly creative and locally inspired four course menu to the table - featuring many of our organic spirits in various forms. 

Our cocktail pairing went as follows:

Meadows Punch - Schramm Organic Gin, Summerschnaps, Hare's Farm Blueberry & Hibiscus Syrup, fresh lemon/lime juice, Coast Mountain Brewing Saison, Devil's Club Absinthe Mist. Served punch style. 

Farma C Mule - Pemberton Organic Hemp Vodka, fresh lime juice, housemade hopped ginger beer made with Lillooet's Farma C fresh ginger, garnished with a fresh ginger leaf. Rocks glass filled with ice.

Riley Creek Sour - Pemberton Organic Single Malt Whisky, Plum Liqueur, roasted plum syrup*, fresh lemon juice, Pemberton Winter Spice bitters. This cocktail features the beautiful organic Italian Plums from Riley Creek Organic Farm in Lillooet. Rocks glass filled with ice

Aged Nut Nog - Vanilla Infused Vodka, Nocino Green Walnut Liqueur, Hazelnut Liqueur, local farm eggs, milk & cream, cane sugar, chocolate bitters, fresh nutmeg. Shot glass.
