Summer Scheduled Tours Finished

We have finished up our summer scheduled tour season. Thanks to everyone who made it out for a tour with us!

We find that outside of July and August there is not enough steady traffic to keep a regular tour schedule. September also is the start of our busy production season.

However, if you are a group of 5 or more or you are organizing events for a large group please contact us using the form here: Tours and we will try to accommodate you.


Spring cocktails


A fresh take on the popular 90's staple! This drink was made for the BC Distilled Festival in collaboration with our friends at Thirsty Whale Elixirs.

  • 2oz Pemberton Organic Hemp Vodka
  • 0.5oz Pemberton Summerschnaps
  • 0.75oz Thirsty Whale Cranberry Ginger Shrub
  • 0.75oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.5oz Grenadine
  • Dash of Pemberton Organic Absinthe & Aromatic Bitters 

Shake with ice. Strain and serve in a coupe with a wheel of lime.

We are thankful for all the support received over this last year, making it one of the most successful years for our small family business yet. As the new year begins we are looking forward to what's to come - we have ambitious plans for production, especially our Whisky & Micro Malting Program, exciting Tasting Room updates for our visitors to enjoy, fun events & festivals to share our spirits with you, as well as an investment in new equipment that will help us continue to showcase the beautiful bounty of Pemberton and the Sea to Sky region.

Every year we partner with Mile One Eating House to offer a true Pemberton style feast and cocktail pairing during Whistler's Cornucopia Festival. As always Chef Randy Jones and Sous Chef Erin Kerr brought an incredibly creative and locally inspired four course menu to the table - featuring many of our organic spirits in various forms. 

Our cocktail pairing went as follows:

Meadows Punch - Schramm Organic Gin, Summerschnaps, Hare's Farm Blueberry & Hibiscus Syrup, fresh lemon/lime juice, Coast Mountain Brewing Saison, Devil's Club Absinthe Mist. Served punch style. 

Farma C Mule - Pemberton Organic Hemp Vodka, fresh lime juice, housemade hopped ginger beer made with Lillooet's Farma C fresh ginger, garnished with a fresh ginger leaf. Rocks glass filled with ice.

Riley Creek Sour - Pemberton Organic Single Malt Whisky, Plum Liqueur, roasted plum syrup*, fresh lemon juice, Pemberton Winter Spice bitters. This cocktail features the beautiful organic Italian Plums from Riley Creek Organic Farm in Lillooet. Rocks glass filled with ice

Aged Nut Nog - Vanilla Infused Vodka, Nocino Green Walnut Liqueur, Hazelnut Liqueur, local farm eggs, milk & cream, cane sugar, chocolate bitters, fresh nutmeg. Shot glass.
